Multi-Licensed Agents
Additional State (Active)
50% of standard Base Monthly Admin Fee
Agent can actively conduct transactions in that state. Newly Licensed Plan may be applicable.
Additional State (Limited Activity)
25% of standard BMA Fee
For agents expecting occasional transactions in that state. Doubles the Retail/Lease Administrative Fee for that state. Newly Licensed Plan may be applicable.
Multi-Division Agents
Agents operating in both Retail and Management divisions pay a combined Base Admin Fee — the sum of each division's monthly fee at their affiliation tier. Per-transaction fees apply independently to each division.
