Individual status applies to agents who are not affiliated with a group, team, or organization and operate independently within the brokerage. These agents manage their own business activities while utilizing the tools, support, and compliance resources provided by Amplify.

Base Monthly Administrative Fee - $100.00
Retail Administrative Fee - $200.00
Lease Administrative Fee - $25.00
Inbound Referral Processing Fee - $100.00

Requirements

• At least 2 active members

• Married or partners are not considered Groups and are only subject to the Individual pricing level)
  
  Base Monthly Administrative Fee - $90.00
  Retail Administrative Fee - $180.00
  Lease Administrative Fee - $25.00
  Inbound Referral Processing Fee - $90.00

Requirements

• At least 10 active members

• 1 Staff or Administrative Assistant employed by that Entity

• The state equivalent of a Supervisory Broker who advises that team and reports directly to the State Broker Partner or Regional Manager for compliance and disciplinary items.

Requirements

• At least 20 active members

• Operating in at least 2 states

  • Each state has a minimum of 3 active members

  • Each state must also have a Supervisory Broker

• 1 Staff or Administrative Assistant employed by that Entity
