MANAGEMENT

  • Base Monthly Administrative Fee - $70.00
    Lease Administrative Fee - $35.00
    Per Door Fee - $3.50

    Individual status applies to agents who are not affiliated with a group, team, or organization and operate independently within the brokerage. These agents manage their own business activities while utilizing the tools, support, and compliance resources provided by Amplify.

  • Base Monthly Administrative Fee - $60.00
    Lease Administrative Fee - $30.00
    Per Door Fee - $3.00

    Requirements

    • At least 1 Authorized Operator

    • At least 1 Administrative Support member

    • Must be managing a minimum of 20 doors

    • Married or partners are not considered Groups and are only subject to the Individual pricing level)

AFFILIATION LEVELS

  • The Base Monthly Administrative (BMA) Fee is a fixed monthly fee that supports the operational infrastructure of the brokerage. This fee helps cover the ongoing systems, compliance oversight, technology platforms, and administrative support provided by Amplify so agents can operate their business efficiently within the brokerage.

  • The Lease Administrative Fee applies to completed lease transactions. This fee covers the brokerage’s administrative and compliance work required to process lease files, review documentation, and maintain proper transaction records.

    • Holds a real estate license.

    • Directly responsible for:

      • Lease terms/renewals

      • Rent pricing decisions

      • Approving Tenants

      • Handling notices

    • Communicates on behalf of owner

    • Effectively the “Property Manager”

  • Carries instructions from an Authorized Operator.
