The Base Monthly Administrative (BMA) Fee is a fixed monthly fee that supports the operational infrastructure of the brokerage. This fee helps cover the ongoing systems, compliance oversight, technology platforms, and administrative support provided by Amplify so agents can operate their business efficiently within the brokerage.

The Retail Administrative Fee applies to completed purchase and sale transactions. This fee supports the brokerage’s administrative and compliance oversight for the transaction, including file review, document management, and closing processing.

The Inbound Referral Processing Fee applies when an agent receives a referral from an outside brokerage or partner that requires payment at closing. This fee covers the administrative work required to track, process, and disburse the referral payment as part of the transaction.
