    Individual status applies to agents who are not affiliated with a group, team, or organization and operate independently within the brokerage. These agents manage their own business activities while utilizing the tools, support, and compliance resources provided by Amplify.

    • At least 2 active members

    • Married or partners are not considered Groups and are only subject to the Individual pricing level)

AFFILIATION LEVELS

  • The Base Monthly Administrative (BMA) Fee is a fixed monthly fee that supports the operational infrastructure of the brokerage. This fee helps cover the ongoing systems, compliance oversight, technology platforms, and administrative support provided by Amplify so agents can operate their business efficiently within the brokerage.

  • The Retail Administrative Fee applies to completed purchase and sale transactions. This fee supports the brokerage’s administrative and compliance oversight for the transaction, including file review, document management, and closing processing.

  • The Inbound Referral Processing Fee applies when an agent receives a referral from an outside brokerage or partner that requires payment at closing. This fee covers the administrative work required to track, process, and disburse the referral payment as part of the transaction.

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent

  • An Authorized Agent who has the state(s) license equivalent of a Real Estate Agent with the ability to Supervise other Licensees.

    This role reports directly to the State Broker Partner or Regional Manager for compliance and disciplinary items.

  • Carries instructions from the Supervisory Broker
